Products
What base types do you offer?
We offer four main base types: Ultra-thin Skin (0.03–0.12mm), HD Swiss Lace, Mono (monofilament), and Hybrid. Each has different strengths in terms of breathability, durability, and realism.
What hair types and textures are available?
We stock straight, wavy, and light curl. All hair is 100% human hair sourced from ethical suppliers. Cuticles are aligned for natural movement and to minimize tangling.
How do I choose the right hair color?
We use international color coding standards (1, 1B, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc.). You can also select a gray percentage to blend with your natural hair. If you're unsure, send us a photo and we'll match it for you.
How long will a Feycici hair system last?
Skin bases typically last 2–4 months; lace bases 1–3 months; mono and hybrid up to 6 months. Rotating between two systems significantly extends the life of each.
Ordering & Customization
How do I measure my head for a custom order?
Measure the circumference of your head and the specific area of hair loss (length × width in cm or inches). Our Custom Order page includes a step-by-step guide. You can also contact us to request a measurement kit.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard custom orders take 3–4 weeks from confirmation of specs. Rush processing (2 weeks) is available for an additional fee. Stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
Can I make changes after submitting a custom order?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After production begins, modifications are no longer possible. Please double-check all specifications before submitting.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping times vary — typically 5–10 business days for international orders. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
What is your return policy?
Stock items can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable due to their made-to-measure nature. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my hair system?
Remove adhesive residue gently with an oil-based remover. Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo in cool water, working from root to tip. Air dry on a wig stand. Avoid high heat and excessive brushing when wet.
Can I style or color the hair?
Styling with low heat (under 150°C) is fine. We strongly advise against bleaching or coloring at home. Contact us if you need a custom color — we handle this during production.
