Shipping policy
Total Shipping Time
For example if you see "Processing Time: Within 5-10 Days", it means that the production time of the costume is within 10 days, when the production is finished, we can ship the items, the shipping time is determined according to the shipping you choose.
Normally，Our handling time is 5-10 days. For some pre-sale products, we need to go through the following process: pre-sale - production confirmation - production - quality inspection - packaging - shipping. Therefore, for pre-sale products, the entire process generally takes 35-60 days.
For shipping time:Our shipping are divided into express and regular. Express delivery generally takes 3-5 days. Standard takes 7-15 days, depending on your specific location.
Shipping Fee
We offer free standard shipping for purchases over $299 in a single checkout in United States. Please make sure the full address, including country/region, province/state, city/area, street address, building, and apartment number, if applicable and Postal Code/ZIP code, is submitted when placing your order.
For recipients in United States, please provide the complete physical address in English. Please note: we cannot shipment to P.O. Boxes. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping address will be canceled.
Our shipping cost calculation method is twofold: (1) If your purchase amount is less than $299 USD, we will determine the logistics price based on the weight of your product. If your purchase amount is higher than or equal to $299 USD, we will offer free shipping.

TAX
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We always declare a low value on the package to avoid or lower the tax. (You can ask us to provide an invoice paper if you need.) If you don't need us declare a low value. Pls contact us before the shippment. If the parcel is shipped out, Feycici is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.
Tips
1. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/FPO address.
2. We offer economic shipping, standard shipping and express shipping, but for some large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped via economy or standard shipping options; these shipping options are only available for small packages. Therefore, some items are only available for express shipping.
