We want you to love your Feycici piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn item within 14 days of the delivery date.

To Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that your item meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn condition. For hair systems, the lace must NOT be cut, and there should be no adhesive residue or styling product used.
  • Original Packaging: Please include all original tags, inner protectors, and outer packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

When We Cannot Accept a Return

  • Incomplete Returns: If any parts of the original item or set are missing.
  • Used or Altered Items: Items that have been worn, washed, cut (lace), or altered in any way.
  • Customer-Induced Damage: Any damage or missing parts not due to an error on our end.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us First: Please reach out to our support team at feycici01@gmail.com within the 14-day window to initiate your return and receive the authorized shipping address.

2. Ship Your Return: Once authorized, ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

3. Return Shipping Fees:
• If the return is due to a quality defect or wrong item sent, Feycici will cover the return shipping costs.
• For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
