We want you to love your Feycici piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn item within 7 days of the delivery date.

To Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return, we kindly ask that your item meets the following conditions:

Unworn & Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with no signs of use.
Original Packaging: Please include all original tags, inner and outer packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
When We Can't Accept a Return

We cannot accept returns in the following situations:

Incomplete Returns: If any parts of the original item or set are missing.
Used or Altered Items: Items that have been worn, used, cleaned, or altered in any way.
Customer-Induced Damage: Any damage or missing parts not due to an error on our end.
Unauthorized Refusal: If you refuse a delivery without first contacting our support team, the full order amount will be charged to cover return shipping fees. A new shipping fee will also apply if you wish to receive the order again.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: Please reach out to our friendly support team at feycici01@gmail.com within the 7-day window to initiate your return and get the correct shipping address.
Ship Your Return: Once authorized, ship your return to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
