Shipping & Production Timeline
Normally, Our handling time is 5-10 days. "Processing Time: Within 5-10 Days", it means that the production time of the Wigs is within 10 days.
For some pre-sale products, we need togo through the following process: pre-sale - production confirmation - productionquality inspection - packaging - shipping. Therefore, for pre-sale products, theentire process generally takes 35-60 days.
For shipping time:Our shipping are divided into express and regular. Expressdelivery generally takes 3-5 days. Standard takes 7-15 days, depending on yourspecific location.
Shipping Fee
We offer free standard shipping for purchases over $299 in a single checkout in United States. Please make sure the full address, including country/region, province/state, city/area, street address, building, and apartment number, if applicable and Postal Code/ZIP code, is submitted when placing your order.
For recipients in United States, please provide the complete physical address in English. Please note: we cannot shipment to P.O. Boxes. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping address will be canceled.
Our shipping cost calculation method is twofold: (1) If your purchase amount is less than $299 USD, we will determine the logistics price based on the weight of your product. If your purchase amount is higher than or equal to $299 USD, we will offer free shipping.

Your custom piece is crafted to order, ensuring a perfect match to your specifications. The total time frame consists of two parts:
Production Time: This is the time we spend handcrafting your item. It begins only after all the following are confirmed:
Your final order details and specifications are locked in.
We have received any necessary templates or samples you are sending.
Your payment has been successfully processed.
(Time spent on consultation or shipping templates to us is not included in the production timeline.)
Shipping Time: Once crafted, your order will be shipped. You will receive a tracking number to follow its journey to you.

Custom Order Policy (All Sales Are Final)
For items made-to-order based on your unique specifications (including custom size, color, base type, or hair density), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Why is this policy in place?
Because your custom piece is crafted exclusively for you, it cannot be resold to another customer. This policy allows us to dedicate our resources to perfecting your one-of-a-kind item and offer you the best possible price.
